Mission:
Provide comprehensive marketing communications support. Utilize a market-driven approach and solutions-oriented mindset to help the IL team align regional market goals with corporate strategy and policy, while enhancing brand visibility and awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of regional/market annual plans and promotions.
• Maintain and enhance brand language, visibility, awareness, and consistency.
• Support HQ activities related to web, social media, and content creation.
• Participate in ongoing activities and special corporate projects.
Interfaces:
• Internal: Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product Managers, Chain Management – Fresh Produce, R&D, Customer Service, HR, and Processing teams.
• External: Engage with customers, growers, distributors, suppliers, press, Limagrain & Sister Companies, competitors, institutional partners, and visitors.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a relevant degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including:
• Facebook platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
• Other social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Personality Traits:
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to motivate team members.
• Capable of supporting tasks and projects, engaging others, and working under tight schedules in a dynamic environment.
