Scope of Work

- Work closely with the Digital & Retail headquarter teams to devise seasonal strategies and programming
across all partners in International.
- Manage Digital Retail International campaign budgets and plans.
- Manage the by-market planning process to ensure local market digital tactics and programs ladder up to
global strategies.
- Oversee p-pages to ensure assets, pricing and product communication are current and
- In collaboration with Marketing and Sales, lead the planning of retail-specific digital media and marketing
that support overall objectives specific to each global retail partner.
- Lead strategic planning of content creation (in line with Digital Content Manager), digital & social planning
for retail partners.
- Manage calendars, promotions and activations across Global retailers.
- In collaboration with Sales & Marketing, support global expansion and international growth of new
- Manage the digital needs for the growth and expansion of International markets.
- Analyze performance to create strategic plans to drive online sales and influencer marketing programs
across retail partners.
Skills & Abilities
- At least 3-4 years of similar experience in Digital Retail.
- Analytical prowess to analyze digital performance & KPIs
- Experience and relationships with retailers preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of 5 years in Digital.
- Strong knowledge of current interactive channels and trends in online business development, particularly
in social media, websites, and e-commerce Analytical & Data-Driven Approach
- Native in English, written and verbal (or level of fluency). Extra language bonus.
- Able to work and collaborate with Cross-functional Teams or individually.
- Time Management & Prioritization
- Attention to detail, organized, proactive & takes initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
