Actively manage inventory policy to ensure products availability, and in line with financial objectives.
Be a contact point for the central supply planning functions.
Copilot with sales and marketing to deliver consolidated demand plan being a basis for supply forecasting
Leads the DMR forecast alignment process with sales and marketing
Supports the DMR step with all necessary analysis as part of the S&OP+ process
Proactively drives the relationship with customers to align on forecasting and phasing of key events and activities (promotions
planning)
Executes risk analysis connected with promotional activities and develop risk mitigation
Identifies supply bottlenecks in the forecasted horizon and addresses them with sales and marketing – levels the demand if
necessary
Is the contact point for the central supply planning functions
Uses the expertise in the area of Supply Chain to improve processes and system
Lead Future Master Demand tool with weekly/monthly tasks
Prepare required analysis and documentations before forecasting meeting trough FM
Facilitate forecasting meetings with Cluster DP & Pillar heads
Communicate agreed numbers in FM Format
Provide analytical solutions to meet dynamic market needs (ex: stock out, GIT delays, excess demand, BBD)
*Candidate will be responsible from Turkey or Israel & Kazakhstan markets.
Experience +3 Years in FMCG (preferably Demand Planning)
A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of MS Excel,Word and PP
