An independent research institution is seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications professional
**full-time remote position- driving license and a car is necessary for meetings**
*Global position - requires flexible hours**
Responsibilities:
· Manage and operate all digital assets: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google My Business, YouTube channel, WhatsApp, newsletter, and website, to align with strategic marketing goals and shaping the institution brand.
· Produce digital marketing materials and collaborate with suppliers (graphic designers, videographers, SEO and SEM experts).
· Write, edit, translate, and update marketing content in Hebrew and English.
· Oversee website content management.
· Photograph events and manage the editing of still images and videos.
· Write, design, and send newsletters, and analyze results.
· Coordinate with a public relations company
· Maintain and grow the institution community and maintain contact database.
· Assist with fundraising campaigns and other projects as needed.
· Prepare tracking reports and KPI analyses.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in managing digital assets and digital marketing activities.
· In-depth understanding of social media marketing across platforms: Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok,
LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and email marketing.
· Experience in managing digital campaigns (organic and paid promotion) with the ability to analyze and present measurable results.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (copywriting) in Hebrew and in English.
· Strong interpersonal communication and creative skills.
· Attention to detail, results-driven, analytical skills, organization and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, controlling timelines and budgets.
· Both team-oriented and capable of independent, proactive work.
