RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaison between R&D, QA, and production teams.
• Establish, maintain, and train production teams on protocols.
• Troubleshoot on the production floor.
• Collaborate with QA for material, process, and product approval.
• Assist R&D and QA with data collection and analysis.
• Be part of our tasting panel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Sc. in food technology, food science, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience as a line technologist in food production.
• Strong grasp of food chemistry and microbiology.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and ready for extended hours.
• Production facility operations expertise.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
